The Lower Haight

LATEST UPDATE 1/1/99

The Lower Haight, the region bordered by Oak, Webster, Divisadero and Pierce streets is our home. The Lower Haight was the first place we lived when we moved to San Francisco those many, many years ago.  We chose to live in the Lower Haight for a number of reasons: the rent was cheap, there was excellent public transportation, the Safeway and Walgreens were within walking distance, and there were a number of bars and restaurants. Almost four years later, we are still living in the Lower Haight.
